At Orena Fragrances, we want you to be completely captivated by your scent journey; if you are not satisfied, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane wrap.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original luxury packaging and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
